Given my understanding that this is just a nice UI that wraps boringtun with some features to register on the service why cant you publish the source? Or at least the public API used to register the service so users can configure their own wireguard clients.
Additionally, not everyone can access google play store so it’d be nice to distribute the APK independently.
There are numerous examples of folks setting up their own wireguard connections to Cloudflare on the interwebs.

Perhaps I’m still missing the official location of these distributions.

I admit, I only looked at Cloudflare sites through https://1.1.1.1. After searching there are a bunch of unofficial tools and guides for this.
At least I’ve got some progress that should see me through. I almost thought I’d be stuck trying to RE one of the binary distributions. Good thing you re-introduced me to search engines.
