Allow Html tag <embed > for especific URL

Hi, How I can enable send in a form the html tag “” for a especific URL?, when a user send a form, the site response with a block page.
I change the rule “Cloudflare Especial from deny to challenge for embeded content”, but I need for a especific url disable the verification of tag embed, all users send html content to that URL.

Currently only Enterprise plan users can configure different WAF rule setting for each URL:

You have to disable the rule at a global level.

By the way, is this the one triggered by your WAF?
