Just wont name resolve.

No error, just wont allow us to load the page

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cannot name resolve enova.com

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Created an allow policy for the enova.com domain, to no avail.

Is it the 1st one from above on the list?

Have you got any other policies applied?

From my testing endpoint, the domain resolves okay without and with Zero Trust policy.

Hi and thanks for the response. Yes, I have moved it to be the first on the list. There are other policies applied in Zero Trust but unrelated to this.

If I try to name resolve at command prompt level - I am not getting name resolution for www.enova.com, FYI.
