Allow an ip

Hi everybody,
i need to know how to allow in firewall an ip of our system that tell us that Cloudflare after few api call get block from this system.

I try to search rules for firewall or maybe is not firewall that i need to edit so i ask to you that maybe is a easy thing.

You can whitelist that address at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/waf/tools.
