Allow acme challenge with Vercel?

Vercel recommends that, when using Bot Fight Mode or any page rules that block traffic from countries, you exclude http://<YOUR_DOMAIN>/.well-known/acme-challenge/* from any paths.

I cannot, however, find any documentation from either Cloudflare or Vercel that explains the proper method for excluding this path. Do I need to exclude it from caching rules? From SSL rules? From what?

If anyone has any insight here, that’d be extremely appreciated, as I’d love to use Bot Fight Mode and block certain countries.

Sorry, to clarify: that URL above needs to be excluded from page rules/bot protection. See the official Vercel article (I can’t link it here).

I have adapted this process to use the newer tools that will be replacing Page Rules, but this should help you figure it out.
