I am reaching out to seek guidance on a particular matter concerning the security settings of my Cloudflare configuration. Given the nature of my content and audience, many of my users prefer to use VPNs for their privacy and security.

Could you please advise me on the best practices or specific configurations within Cloudflare to allow seamless access for these legitimate users coming from reputable VPN providers, without compromising the overall security of my site? I aim to ensure a balance between protecting my site from potential threats and maintaining accessibility for my privacy-conscious audience.

You may consider using Lists connecting to your site:

You should be able to set users to allow from these lists.
It may be restrictive to a large extent as well, as what Cloudflare deems reputable may not be the same for yourself/your users.
