What is the issue you’re encountering

ALL websites on my account (30 of them) are slow, takes up to 25 secs and they often are missing CSS, on one major Telco network, Telstra. If you access them via the Optus network, they all load normally.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Changed from Proxy to straight DNS and websites work as expected

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

CF back to proxy, access website

May I ask if all of them are using the same plan type?
Are they hosted on the same server?

Wonder if it’s some maintenance window or re-routed status on the Cloudflare status page, otherwise might be due to the peering of the ISP.

Yes, they’re all on the free plan.
