What is the issue you’re encountering
Cloudflare Stream videos uploaded before November 6 are gone
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
After searching here in the community we saw a few posts with similar issue that suggested subscribing for a Stream plain again (which we didn’t even realized it got automatically subscribed) and adding enough minutes to store the past videos.
After we did that our video upload came back but all past videos are still gone.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
We can see in the analytics section that we had traffic and way more videos (over a thousand). All top videos in our analytics are not reachable anymore, giving us a permission error, this suggests that maybe the videos are still in the system.
