Hi team. We are seeing a billing error on our console. We are not able to resolve anything under *.fingermark.co.nz.

This includes fundamental services not being able to run.

Ok, it sounds like two different issues.

  1. Billing, which you can open a ticket for if you’re having difficulty with billing or subscriptions.
  2. DNS…

WWW resolves, so that’s something under that domain that’s resolving:
