the problem happen after we forgot to confirm our billing information via email strip link, now a link has expired, and a new link was sent and confirmed, but on the last page was error again.

We would like to upgrade our account to the BUSINESS package with validated credit card on file, however, always an error and ticket not resolve for 5 days.
well, maybe someone from ClouldFlare support can make attention to this topic. An account was downgraded with zero support for 5 days, and not possible to confirm/upgrade the account.
I am wondering why there is no phone/chat support for customers who want upgrades from free to business. the ticket system doesn’t work with replies for 1-2 days and does not resolve.
