I cancelled all subscriptions under this account three months ago, but I am still being charged every month.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

All subscriptions in this account have been canceled. An error “Internal Server Error” pops up when opening a new page. Try to remove payment method, shows an error “Cannot remove payment method from account with active subscriptions.”
This account has not used any subscriptions. It is unclear what active subscriptions there are. Please help me cancel all charges to this account.
