All sites in my account deleted? (Code: 1106)

All my sites have been removed from my account and I am not able to add them again?! When I try to add to my account I get the following message:

Sorry, you are not allowed to create new zones. Please contact support. (Code: 1106)

I didn’t get any email, so whats the problem?

Please contact support, login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support, that’s not an error the community can assist you with.
