My website is hosted by hostgator.com and has been for 18 years. Since the nameservers with cloudflalre have been successfully propagating which has improved the speed of my site, all my links using http://www. no longer work. I have been changing those links to https://alphapro.com/example which do work but I’m talkng something like 1500 web pages. My hit counters no longer work. And I also encounter errors when trying to click on links that should now work getting error messages. But in such cases when I refresh the page it will come up. I would appreciate any suggestions from the community that will help me resolve this so I can take it up with a hostgator support tech if I can’t do it myself.
You don’t have a DNS entry for “www”, hence that can’t resolve. You need to configure the respective entry and point it to the server in question. Alternativel you can follow the redirect tutorials at Tutorial.
Unrelated to the issue, but you also won’t be able to receive email, as your MX entry points to a hostname which was not configured either.
You best pause Cloudflare and clarify your DNS entries with your host
I have updated my records so I believe in a few hours all http://www.alphapro.com links will now work correctly. However I have redone hundreds of links on individual web pages that change to https://alphapro.com from the old ones from www. So I have added a new https record that if my pages do not come up, they will by changing from to those https references to alphapro.com.
Did I do these two records correctly?
Thanks in advance.

Actually you don’t have any DNS entries now
