All download speeds seem to be capped at 500 KB/s

All download speeds seem to be capped at 500 KB/s. I know CF is doing this specifically as, when I access my site through its actual IP and download anything, download speeds are just fine.

I haven’t set any special rules to rate-limit anything in the CF settings.
