All domains active (green ticked) but DNS settings not available (as if NS servers not set)

Propogation of NS records is 100% perfect globally, and the domain NS were changed a very long time ago. If propogation were the issue, there would be no green tick anyway. But the DNS page still asks me to check NS records and takes away the zone form.

I am sure that I have had this issue in the past. Does this make sense to anyone?


Without knowing the domain, we can’t offer much DNS help.

Problem found…

Bug report … password managers automatically add email address used to login into CF into the CF DNS search box. This is because the HTML for the field contains the word “user”

Hence the behaviour. This will be common.
