All but 2 subdomains go to the main domain

Hi everyone:

I come in despair and defeat. I have religiously been using Apache for a while now and have my subdomains set up. 2 of my subdomains work correctly and have been enabled in the DNS settings at Cloudflare the same way the other 2 are. But more than 2 domains everything goes to the main domain. Why is this? Is there some sort of limitation by Cloudflare?
