Server static IP:

I have connected my domain to Cloudflare and I am hosting the site on AWS.

The problem is that when I try to access the site using the domain URL, it doesn’t retrieve data from the server. However, if I use the static IP directly, the site works perfectly fine.

I suspect this might be related to DNS configuration or some other settings. Can anyone help me troubleshoot and understand why the domain URL is not working properly while the static IP does?

Your page loads but you have some errors caused by using HTTP instead of HTTPS and the userl of an IP instead of a hostname.

You will need to install a valid certificate on the host at 13.53.45.x and update your API link to use a hostname rather than the IP.
