Cloudflare threw “Please complete the security check to access” on Ajax request. We tried with firewall rule to whitelitsed URI path contains but no luck. Also, we tried allow ip using firewall rule but still cloudflare throw 403 error on ajax request. Please advise us to fix this issue.
I wonder if that 403 error response does come from Cloudflare, or rather from the origin host / server?
May I ask you to add the IP to both Firewall Rules and IP Access Rules with the action “allow”, and post back if anything changes, if so?
Can you post a screenshot of this?
May I ask what is your Security Level value being selected under the Firewall → Settings tab of your Cloudflare dashboard for your domain name?
Is it the JS challenge from some other Firewall Rule, or maybe due to a Bot Fight Mode option enabled?
