Thank you for being a valued member of the Cloudflare Agency Partner Program, currently in open beta. Below are some quick troubleshooting steps to help you navigate frequently asked questions when using your Agency Partner Tenant Account.

INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
If you are seeing errors when adding or upgrading a subscription, check your payment details in your Agency Partner Account: Dashboard → Tenant Account → Account Home → Manage Account → Billing → Payment -
ADDING ACCOUNTS/DOMAINS
If you are encountering issues adding accounts/domains thru the Dash/UI, we recommend using the Tenant API as some UI functionality may cause agency partners to encounter issues. [Get started · Cloudflare Tenant docs] -
STILL NEED HELP?
Create a support ticket via your account’s Support Home. For issues related to upgrades, subscriptions, etc, choose “Billing” from the dropdown. Include screenshots/screen recordings + any error messages. You may also reach out to the Cloudflare Agency Partner team to help escalate your support ticket.
