What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contacted support over a month ago. Ticket 00975152

Tried canceling subscription to apo and readding after it expired.

Tried adding apo to another account.

2 or more months ago when adding apo or argo or pro for example it would apply the agency discount of 20% as it should. New subscriptions on tenant accounts it is not adding the 20% agency discount and billing the full amount to the card.

I emailed partner @ as well who then sent my request off to agency @ as well a while ago.

I would like to be able to add argo and pro and apo and business to more tenant but am hesitant to until this is resolved.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Add apo or other subscription in the dashboard for the tenants site under subscriptions.

I am sorry to hear this.

From my experience, it could be if you’re a customer of a 3rd-party Cloudflare Partner , you’re a part of their “package” which they sell and might not have some of the “default” settings available (for example some of the standard free or paid plan packages), or some other prices applied, if that’s the case. :thinking:

The only way is to contact them and hopefully they can enable it for you.
Otherwise, I am afraid you might be out of luck here and would have to go on your own without a partner in such case, create own CF account, add domain and use a standard plan, either purchase those add-ons which you need on demand.
