AGAIN Email Routing GOES TO SPAM

Many topic mention this
but the answer was same, CF not proxies the email blablablabla…

if so, why it happen to me too ?
i use improvemx for forward and not goes to spam

the problem at SPF softfail (mxtoolbox)

Hi, just to confirm. Are you using the Email Routing service?

If so, this is the first topic that I heard about spam. Could you please share the domain you are using and the email headers from your inbox (you can privately at sven (at) cloudflare).

To be clear, it’s the first time we have a topic for spam here for the Email Routing service. The spam issues you are refering to is using Cloudflare’s CDN/DNS service, which doesn’t proxy/forward emails, can cause misconfiguration that result in spam.

but this is received email from gmail to CF email routing to gmail too
