I don’t know the erroe number, but after I complete the payment, I saw a red error message indicating that there is a problem with the token.

After I successfully paid $240, my plan remained free and did not automatically upgrade to the pro plan
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I submitted the ticket for the billing problem, but five days later, I still haven’t received a reply. Please help me push it internally. If there is no other way to solve this problem, I can only open the payment dispute with PayPal.
I want to use the pro plan first to experience Cloudflare’s features and then upgrade to an enterprise plan, but for now, I don’t think I will choose Cloudflare; I will select a service provider with better support.
