They disappeared from where? The records are still resolving in the 2 Cloudflare nameservers at the moment…

If you continue with the Cloudflare nameservers not being used, the zone will be removed from your Cloudflare account after 7 days.

Also i have removed cloudflare NS in my domain DNS.

Cloudflare has nothing to do with your Godaddy DNS. If you are using Godaddy nameservers you need to set your DNS records at Godaddy.
