After refund from paypal my balance was not cleared

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Cloudlfare did not give me a refund of $240, contrary to the applicable refund law in the European Union. After reporting to PayPal, I received a full refund. After a month, my Cloudflare balance still shows the refunded funds. Please clear your balance.
