After installing cloudflare

after installing Cloudflare I cannot communicate with sefaz-sp to issue invoices, the error displayed is: Receipt: error: An error occurred while trying to communicate via soap, Failed to connect to port 443 after 20001 ms: Timeout was reached []

Is port 443 open on the origin server? Your hosting provider can verify this detail and see the errors in the origin log.

We use cpanel this port is open by default
