After I purchased domain through Cloudflare Registrar, the dns record I added did not work

I have a domain name purchased through Cloudflare Registrar. But none of the dns records I added worked (only if I use the DNS server that was assigned to me by cloudflare,eg. john.ns.cloudflare.com).

briefly speaking，I cannot query the configured dns records by:

dig @1.1.1.1 domain-owned-by-myself.com
or
dig @8.8.8.8 domain-owned-by-myself.com

The only way I can query the configured dns records is to set the DNS server as john.ns.cloudflare.com:

dig @1.1.1.1 john.ns.cloudflare.com domain-owned-by-myself.com

Correction, the last line above is incorrect, the following is the correct version：
dig @john.ns.cloudflare.com domain-owned-by-myself.com

sure，my domain name is huaweicloudapi.com, and I had set an A dns record like this:

you will find the difference between
dig @john.ns.cloudflare.com www.huaweicloudapi.com
and
dig @1.1.1.1 www.huaweicloudapi.com

Looks like the domain is subject to a Domain Hold. So the appropriate next step is always to contact your registrar… which in this case is Cloudflare. So @cloonan has the right answer here. You’ll need to open a support ticket in the registrar category.
