After delete and re-add a domain, lost the pro plan.

How to reactive my pro plan??

You would have to re-subscribe. If you open a ticket with Billing, they will probably credit your old purchase, as Cloudflare’s Terms of Service 4.3 state No Refunds for cancelled service.
