After creating loadBalancer and downgraded SSL to flexible my host cannot be called

Hi,
After creating loadBalancer , my host cannot pe reached.
I have tried to delete loadBalancer + removed all DNS records and added again.
No success.
Downgraded SSL to “Flexible” and not I get SSL handshake failed 525 error.

Can you guys assist?
