What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Opened tickets on support.cloudflare.com but still no answers (Case
01031080), tried to contact your services but no one wants to deal with it because we’re still identified as Free customer;
If we would be on the Cloudflare Business Plan, we could benefit from the direct support
Also I’ve already opened a case on the community cloudflare but nothing was done since (After Cloudflare Business Plan renewal, domain still shows Free)
This matters is live since 3 weeks now, it’s not professionnal from your services. Once again, if everything was made correctly, we could benefit from the direct support.
