You shouldnt change that in the first place but stay on “Full strict”.
As for the issue, you need to check on your server and if it properly responds to HTTPS requests.
i changed it because my site was showing an error saying “SSL Certificate is Invalid”.
In that case simply fix your server certificate instead of lowering your site’s security.
