After change DNS point from old server to new server

DNS record was changed late night, it used to point to a SiteGround server and also host by SiteGround before. After I immigrate the DNS setting from SiteGround to Cloudflare. We are have redirect inconsistency issue. Out website domain is: thepostmillennial.com.

Using VPN (US) to access the website will always return new site. But when we direct access the site in Canada, it randomly point us to old site or new site.

Any suggestions will be really helpful.

The page loads OK for me, perhaps clear browser cache?
