After Activating APO, Pages are not updated automatically

We have been using APO, but after activating APO, every pages are served from cached inpsite of making changes on pages…Due to which we have to clear all cache everytime after making changes…There is bottleneck in the performance due to this.

APO is helping a lot in improving page speed, but everytime we have to clear cache after updating the blog or article or made changes on pages.
