Advanced Certificate Manager - Error Code 1253

When trying to purchase an Advanced Certificate Manager, I get the error Code 1253 Insufficient Permissions when trying to pay. I emailed support and received an automatic response that said a test was run to our Cloudflare zone and it looks like our domain name was not orange-clouded. However, when I look at our DNS records in Cloudflare our domain name is orange-clouded. Do we need to change our Nameservers to Cloudflare before we can purchase an Advanced Certificate Manager? Or is there another reason why we could be receiving this error?

If you’re not using Cloudflare name servers, then any :orange: record is not active. That could certainly explain why it’s not working.
