I have a customer reporting that she cannot access my website from three different browsers. I don’t see the issue on my end.
Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.
Google says the website is not available
Chrome says the site can’t be reached.
I’m pretty sure this is an issue on her end, because I haven’t heard any other customer complaints, but she paid for access to the event website and I need to be able to give her instructions to fix the issue.
Any ideas?
