Address is invalid?

I have a customer reporting that she cannot access my website from three different browsers. I don’t see the issue on my end.
Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.
Google says the website is not available
Chrome says the site can’t be reached.

I’m pretty sure this is an issue on her end, because I haven’t heard any other customer complaints, but she paid for access to the event website and I need to be able to give her instructions to fix the issue.

Any ideas?

My guess would be the VPN (which seemingly is active) interferes with the connection. She should disable that and also try a different device.

As far as Cloudflare is concerned, make sure your encryption mode is Full Strict as disabled encryption often breaks sites.
