Additional Benefit HTTP/3 on own Server

Hello, i use Apache and Nginx as reverse proxy behind Cloudflare for my websites. I have in my Cloudflare dashboard under speed - optimization - protocol optimization - HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 optimizations activated. On my server im running at the moment HTTP/2. Now after the last Update, i have the possibility to activate HTTP/3 for Nginx.

Will there be any performance advantage when i activate additionally HTTP/3 on my own Server?
If yes, do i need to change something within Cloudflare Dashboard?

Cloudflare does support HTTP/3 for clients connecting to the Cloudflare edge. but there’s no option yet to use HTTP/3 to the origin on Cloudflare, so there’s no benefit in enabling it at your end yet if you are using the Cloudflare proxy.
