Adding Subdomain wont work although cname was set

Hey guys,

second subdomain wont work akthough cname was set.
First subdomain works without any problems.

main domain:

Web Bastler | Professionelles Webdesign bei Wien mit Schmäh

first subdomain:
https://oxygen.web-bastler.at

second subdomain ( wont work):
dev.web-bastler.at

Thanks for your reply cscharff.

Only for understanding, why the first subdomain works without problems?
Havnt changed anything at the settings for the first subdomain ( oxygen.web-bastler.at) compared to the second subdomain ( dev.web-bastler.at)

Only thing i have done was to activate ssl in origin server for main domain.(web-bastler.at)
For the others its not possible because dns settings are on Cloudflare.
