Although we added the sub domain to the Cloudflare DNS, sub domain is not loading. Main domain works well!!

That screenshot does not have a DNS record for www.blog.unlimitedeffect.com you have one for www.unlimtedeffect.com and blog.unlimitedeffect.com. When I try to connect to blog.unlimitedeffect.com I get redirected to www.blog.unlimitedeffect.com. Do you know what is causing the redirect?

I would check whatever is hosting the blog website. Whether you are hosting it yourself or through a provider. The www website is working for me and only the blog website is redirecting
