Adding new site with .eth (ENS) were unable to identify as a registered domain

I know cloudflare and ENS have integration but I could not make it work. advice?

That does not mean that you can use some pseudo-TLDs. Only domains of publicly recognised TLDs can be added to Cloudflare. publicsuffix.org has the full list.

Cloudflare have an Ethereum Gateway and IPFS support.

You cannot add a domain that is outside the ICANN DNS root to Cloudflare.

Is there a way around it or do I need to buy a TLD and link the DNS with ENS?

As I said.

If you want to add a domain to Cloudflare it needs to be part of a proper TLD.

Append .link to your .eth domain, and it will be accessible via the normal DNS.
