Adding new records not working (Code 81057)

Hi there,

I want to change my A record from domain(.)com to mail.domain(.)com, so I can connect my domain e-mail-adress to Outlook etc., but it doesn’t work. When I try to change the record it says “A record with the same settings already exists.”
Same thing happens when I try to add the A record with mail.domain(.)com, instead of changing the domain(.)com record.
What do I have to do to be able to add the new record?
