when adding new CNAME and TXT records (for authenticating a domain to be used with a third party funnel service for emailing), do we add those via Cloudflare DNS or via cPanel DNS Zone Editior?

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

All DNS records need to be added to Cloudflare.

I don’t personally use cPanel, but I don’t believe there is currently a Cloudflare plugin for it. But it might be that there are 3rd party plugins that allow you to manage Cloudflare DNS from within cPanel.

It needs to be DNS-Only if the records are for an email service.
