I have a domain that is hosted at Godaddy, and have just added the domain into Cloudflare for SSL and it is working fine.
Now I would like to add a subdomain to it.
Do I add the Subdomain into Godaddy, or would I add it into Cloudflare?

Domains and Subdomains need to be hosted somewhere, and with an IP address.
Once you create that Subdomain at GoDaddy, you also need to add a DNS entry for it at Cloudflare. You might have to check your DNS configuration at GoDaddy to find out which IP address you need to use for your Cloudflare DNS entry.
