How can I add my new email that I created with domain to my phone.
I am getting IMAP or POP?
Am I adding it in right place ?
Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. 
Cloudflare does not provide any email mailbox service. That means thata there is no Cloudflare mailbox for you to check with POP or IMAP. If you have configure Cloudflare Email Routing on your domain, you will need to follow the directions provided by the mailbox operator that you have chosen to forward your messages.
If given a choice between POP or IMAP at your email provider, IMAP is preferable, especially if you will access the mailbox from more than one device.
