Adding Domain to New Account

Hi,

I’ve created account but, when i add domain and select a plan it gives “Refer to https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. The zone you are trying to upgrade is marked as Do Not Upgrade. (Code: 1315)” error.

What should I do in this situation?

This is not something the community can help with sadly. You will need to address it with Billing and/or Trust & Safety via a support ticket.
