I need help understanding how to add DNS records to enable an Adobe My Portfolio website to get back online.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’m unclear how exactly to correct and add DNS info.
Can some out there please help??

I’m afraid there is no phone support, except for Enterprise customers.

No. You haven’t shared any information so far that would allow anyone to help you with this.

I would recommend that you start by changing your DNS records from Proxied to DNS-Only.

Also, every time you reply via email, your info like name/address/phone number is shared here. You might not want to do that.

Adobe Portfolio lists these four DNS records:

A @ 151.101.128.119

I’m unclear as towhat host and name refer to.

The DNS records you created on Cloudflare look good, though the www records are still proxied.

If it doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact Adobe for more information. Check if your configuration on adobe is correct.
