Adding CNAME Record

Hi guys,
I want to use help.imeo-official.com, a subdomain of my domain imeo-official.com instead of myimeco.reamaze.com in reamaze panel. it says i have to do the following step. I have contacted my host to assist me but they are not there :expressionless:
Please help me do that

Step 1: Add CNAME record

In your DNS manager, add a CNAME pointing to reamaze.lida.clearalias.com.

Currently, Re:amaze can only be hosted from a subdomain. You’ll need to add a new CNAME record to your DNS records. When prompted for CNAME or alias, enter the subdomain name of your choice (e.g. “support”, “help”, or “faq”). When prompted for destination or reference, enter “reamaze.lida.clearalias.com”.

When I want to do such thing, I get an error about the CNAME which says there exists already an A record.
When I remove the subdomain and I add only the cname, the Cloudflare says there is no valid ssl for this url
when I remove A records and set this CNAME, it says there exist a TXT record and u cannot add the CNAME. (when the help.imeo-official.com is a subdomain)

How can I fix this?

Hi @imeo-official,

Can you post a screenshot of your DNS records with redacted IPs?
