Adding cache rule not possible

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error message?

not entitled to use the custom cache key override

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cannot add a cache rule which changes cache

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked in my profile to see if there is an explanation of privileges there, but there are no details of what I can do. I am not an account super admin.
This problem is not related to a cache key which is mentioned in the error message, that is not the option I am using, I simply want to change the Edge TTL based on path
checked the plan that the domain ‘thetab.com’ is on and it is on the ‘Business’ plan.
Checked that a cache rule that I set up 3 months ago without this problem and it is still working

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

go to …/thetab.com/caching/cache-rules/new
Make a new rule with any options for any changes to the caching of resources
click ‘Save as Draft’ .
The error message/toast appears ‘not entitled to use the custom cache key override’

I cannot reproduce the same on my domain

Have you tried using a different Web browser or Incognito Mode?

How about re-creating the same rule over again?

For others this is a problem (and I think here are variants on it)

We have downgraded from an Enterprise to a Business plan and before that downgrade we had added another rule with a Cache Key. After the downgrade that other rule continued to work. But the dashboard does not display a very helpful error message ,as aparently the policy is that you not allowed to add another rule as long as you have any rules with Cache Keys a part of your plan.

Wording of the error message should be changed to

‘ONE OF YOUR RULES uses Cache Keys which is not permitted in your plan - please check all your rules’
