Hey, I recently transferred my domain to Cloudflare and I was wondering how I can create emails using my domain ([email protected]) and access those webmail accounts
Webmail should be fine…but MX records should point to a hostname that is not set to 
. Same goes for any hostname that’s used for POP/IMAP (inbound) and SMTP (outbound). Here is a tutorial:

The usual answer is what @sdayman provided, however I suspect that you are wondering if Cloudflare provides free webmail (or paid ones) for Registrar’s domains. The answer there is no. You need to have a third party service.
