I was advised by AppRiver my service provider for my email to contact Cloudflare and request them to add the following SPF record: v=spf1 include:edgepilot.com -all
I am unable to reach anyone at Cloudflare directly and was essentially directed to this community discussion group. I’ve combed through a few SPF articles with no success. The instructions provided are not consistent and some the directions provided are not available options on our dashboard.
Please help! I can’t get emails through clients and contractors!
The most common instruction I see on this forum is to [Go to the Cloudflare dashboard and select an account or domain]. I don’t even see where I can make this selection. The next most common instruction provided is go to or select the “DNS” and I don’t see anything labeled DNS on the drop down menu’s or sidebar. I thought I was literate enough to navigate computers but I guess not.
