Adding an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for your root domain

Hello. I’m trying to create a page rule that forwards * to https://www.pronounly.co but it’s not working. I believe it has something to do with this but I don’t know what to do. Where can I find more info?

Unless you’re on an Enterprise Plan, you can’t proxy a * DNS record.

Also, if you add a redirect for * to go to www, that would create a redirect loop because * would match ‘www’.

Regardless, your domain should have a DNS record for the root domain. Here’s a good place to start:

So, just to be clear, when people go to http://pronounly.co does not work but going to http://www.pronounly.co works. The only fix is to call for a quote, probably an obscene amount of money, to get all of my URLs directed to the correct address? What do other people do? This can’t be the only way.
