Adding additional users not working

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

None

What is the error message?

None

What is the issue you’re encountering

Added user cannot access assigned domain

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have invited a user to Cloudflare under the members area and she accepted the invitation. I have assigned all roles to the user but she still cannot manage the assigned domain fortisdatallc.com

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Add user in members section. Assign permission and domain for management. The domain is not available on the user dashboard unless she clicks on our user name and when she does that she cannot create anything in the zero trust center. How can we fix this without having to transfer the domain to her actual username…

You may have assigned all roles. What about scope? Would you re-check again with the help of the following doc?

So far no luck. I assigned the scope to the domain i want to give access to for management.. more specifically i want to give access to the dashboard for zero trust so she can modify the policy as needed and add hosted applications on there. Everything i have checked and tried so far has not worked.

Take a closer look at the roles documentation linked below. “Zero Trust” is scoped at the account level, not at individual domains. Making a team member a “Domain Administrator” doesn’t give them any account-level privileges.

Thank you for the reply but that is the same document i reviewed earlier and i cannot understand what i need to do different for a user to have access to zero trust? Is that even possible as i thought that giving the scope of that domain would give the user access to all services tied to that domain but i guess i was wrong with that. So please advise of the correct way.
